World Cement,
TJS Homes is set to double in size less than 12 months after launching. Following its recent merger with Eclipse & Son, the business has bookings through to January 2017.
The growth in its business has enabled TJS Homes to invest in a fleet of six vans, take on office space in Elgin Industrial Estate, Swindon and increase its workforce to 10 people.
Upcoming projects for the business include a large three to seven bedroom property conversion in Old town Swindon. TJS Homes is also about to embark on a major renovation in Euclid Street, Swindon. This will see six bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms developed to boutique hotel level specification.
Speaking of the business’s rapid development, Tom Deller, owner of TJS Homes, said: “For everyone involved with TJS Homes the quick growth has been extremely exciting. The launch of the business was strategic and it’s been proven that there’s a healthy demand for high quality construction, great design and proven craftspeople in the local property market. As the business continues to develop through 2016 and into 2017, we want to start launch a new shop fitting service throughout the UK. It’s important that we’re always looking at new ways to develop the business to sustain this growth.”
