Sandvik announces new distributor

Sandvik has announced that as of January 2016, Compagnia Generale Trattori (CGT) SpA is the new distributor for Mobile Crushers and Screens, as well as Surface Drilling, throughout Italy. CGT will supply a comprehensive range of Sandvik equipment, as well as full aftermarket care, spare parts and dedicated customer service related to the two product lines.

The appointment of such a professional and experienced distributor reinforces Sandvik’s commitment to providing even greater levels of customer focus. It further reinforces commitment to enhanced locally focused customer support, whilst at the same time enabling customers to benefit from dealing with a truly global company.

CGT SpA has been a Caterpillar dealer since 1934, and has 28 direct branches across the country, which provide integrated sales, rental and servicing solutions.

Norbert Lentschig, Sales Manager for Sandvik Mobiles in Southern Europe, says that working with such an established and respected company will open up new opportunities enabling growth to be taken to the next level. “We are delighted to work with such a trusted distributor.
