The first ore grinding vertical mill TRM28.2 designed by Sinoma-tec was successfully put into production at Hubei Fengshan Mining Company’s 60 000 tpy iron ore project.
The iron ore vertical mill was put into production in December 2015, and reached the designed capacity on 4 January 2016. After grinding, the ore fineness reached R80mm<20%, dry basis yield 108 tph, vertical mill host power consumption 7.5kwh/t, and output and power consumption reached a guaranteed value, with the mill running smoothly.
This vertical mill is suitable for low grade ore grinding and purification. The successful production of the vertical mill has made a beneficial exploration for the application of the grinding equipment in the field of mining.
