China Resources acquires stakes
According to local reports, China Resources Cement Holdings has acquired stakes in four cement companies for a total of 406 million yuan.
In addition to three stakes worth 10% each in Guangzhou Yubao Cement, Yuesheng Concrete and Yuequn Concrete, the company has also purchased a 29% stake in Zhujiang Cement.
If the transactions go ahead, China Resources Cement Holding will possess a 64.5% stake in Zhujiang Cement, as well as 55% stakes in the other three companies.
