China Resources Cement announces new line

On 15 November 2015, China Resources Cement (Lianjiang) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of China Resources Cement Holdings Limited, announced that it had commenced operation of its first cement grinding line. The line will have a production capacity of 1 million tpy, and will be situated in Lianjiang City in Guangdong Province.
As of 30 June 2015, the total operating capacity of cement, clinker and concrete lines held by the company, including its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associated companies, came to 62.2 million tpy, 89.4 million tpy and 37.9 m3/y respectively. The instigation of this new production line is intended to strengthen the competitive edge of China Resources Cement Holdings Limited in the South-Western part of Guangdong Province.
