Sinoma completes projects, signs new contracts

Sinoma has announced a number of projects on its website, as listed below.

Indonesia Gilegon grinding station project

Sinoma Tianjin has signed an EP contract with PT Bosowa Corporation for its PT Cemnet Cilegon 250 tph grinding station project in the capital city of Jakarta. The scope of the contract includes engineering design, equipment supply and training etc. and the construction period is 18 months.

Mr Cui Zhaojun, vice director of international marketing department, signed the contract on behalf of the company with Mr Hamdani, executive director of Bosowa Group Indonesia. Mr Fan Bo, project manager, also attended the signing ceremony.

Iraq grinding station project has been completed

On 12 March, Sinoma Tinajin completed the 2 x 60 tph project and the celebrating ceremony was held. The attendees included local government officials of Basra, Mr Ali Tabba, CEO of Lucky Cement Company of Pakistan, Mr Adnan Ahmed, operation director of international projects, Mr Haji Ali, the Iraqi owner, Mr Abdul Aziz Arain, plant manager, Mr Azhar, operation director of the plant, Mr Wu Zhikun, site manager of Sinoma Tianjin and Mr Wang Bao, the commissioning manager.

After the ceremony, government officials from Basra and the senior management of the employer visited the cement grinding department and the CCR. They spoke highly of the stable operation of the grinding mill as well as the Sinoma brand name.

Sinoma-Tec signed cement vertical mill upgrading project with Sun Stone Company

On 6 March, Sinoma Technology & equipment group co., LTD (Sinoma-Tec) signed the first vertical mill upgrade contract with Sun Stone Company in Huixian County of Henan Province.

The existing vertical mill was performing unsatisfactorily and so Sun Stone Company decided to upgrade the equipment. Sinoma-Tec has had thorough discussions with Sun Stone Company regarding the upgrade. The main gearbox, grinding pan, separator shaft and driving motion were kept to reduce changes on main parts and in the meantime to lower costs. Sinoma-Tec won the bidding by virtue of its reasonable price and premium proposal. The upgrade project is the first trial on the upgrading of this particular type of vertical mill. The capacity will be 2500 kW, mill output 270 tph, fineness 80 µm and 15% residue on sieve.

The signing of this contract marks Sinoma-Tec’s exploration of new market in raw meal vertical mill and ball mill upgrading.

Paraguay Tupi project awarded acceptance certificate for cement grinding and dispatching system

On 8 March, Mr Ruben Lobo, project manager of Tupi project, Intercement signed an acceptance certificate with Mr Zhang Beiguo, his counterpart at Sinoma Int. for a cement grinding and dispatching system, which signifies the completion of construction, installation and commissioning of this system and the entrance to a one-year guarantee period. Due to wise leadership of senior management, close internal coordination, scientific arrangement at the site, during the commissioning period, the parameters of the cement grinding system exceed the ones stipulated in the performance guarantee terms of contract and the system has reached to first-class level domestic similar type of cement grinding system.

Baoshan Conch 4500 tpd cement clinker project successfully put into production

On 3 March, Baoshan Conch 4500 tpd cement clinker project constructed by Handan Engineering Construction Company of Sinoma was successfully ignited and put into production. The employer’s representatives, supervision company and senior management of the construction company attended the commemorative ceremony.

This project is located in Tuanshan village, Huanzhuang county, Longyang district, Baoshan city of Yunan. Since its commencement in May 2013, under the tremendous support, thoughtful reconciliation and scientific arrangement of senior management, as well as remarkable endeavour of entire workforce, such problems as the long rainy season, delayed civil erection, etc. were overcome and this project was completed in a safe, efficient and high-quality way.
