Loesche to supply VRMs to India
In a consortium with KHD, Loesche has won a contract to supply vertical roller mills to Holcim/ACC’s Jamul plant, India.
Part of the clinker produced at the site will be ground in the cement plant and another part will be processed in grinding terminals. An LM 56.3+3 CS VRM with an LDC classifier will be used for this process. The mill, which will be driven by a 5600 kW motor, is also able to grind slag. An LM 43.4 D VRM with a capacity of 90 tph and a 1300 kW capcity gearbox will also be provided.
Loesche’s scope of supply also includes additional equipment, which will be delivered as part of a joint venture by Loesche GmbH and Loesche India Pvt. Ltd.
