CRCH and Anhui Conch Cement enter into strategic cooperation agreement

On 16 June, China Resources Cement Holdings Limited and Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited entered into a strategic co-operation agreement.
According to the Strategic Co-operation Agreement, Anhui Conch shall assist the Company in the construction and the technical upgrade of production plants. Both parties shall establish a communications mechanism for experience sharing in production, technology and business management on a regular basis, which would allow both parties to learn from each other’s strengths for mutual benefits and to achieve a win-win situation. Both parties also agreed to jointly promote the sustainable and healthy development of the cement industry in China and to explore possibilities for co-operation both in China and overseas.
