World Cement,
Cemex UAE is helping shape Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach (JBR) evolving skyline by supplying Vertua concrete for the construction of SENSORIA at FIVE LUXE Resort.
The 43-story architectural building, situated in Jumeirah Beach Residence, is set to redefine luxury living in the emirate.
Cemex delivered 19 000 cubic metres of Vertua® lower-carbon concrete for this project until 28 May 2025, pushing the boundaries of sustainable construction by reducing environmental impact while maintaining high material quality and enhancing durability.
SENSORIA is located in the JBR district, granting residents exclusive access to a 125-metre private beach. The tower offers panoramic views of Ain Dubai and Palm Jumeirah, enhancing its status as a premier beachfront residence. The development features a selection of furnished and unfurnished two, three, four and five-bedroom apartments; each equipped with a private plunge pool on an expansive terrace, providing comfort and privacy.
