CRCH propose issue of medium term notes

On 15 June 2016, China Resources Cement Holdings Limited proposed to issue medium-term notes (“Medium-Term Notes”) in an aggregate amount of not more than RMB9.0 billion and commercial paper (“Commercial Paper”) in an aggregate amount of not more than RMB9.0 billion in The People’s Republic of China (“PRC”), subject to compliance with laws, regulations, rules and the requirements of regulatory authorities in PRC.
The Company has submitted the relevant application to the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, and is expected to obtain the approval for registration and issue of the Medium-Term Notes and the Commercial Paper within 2016.
Upon obtaining the above-mentioned approval, the Company intends to issue the first tranche of the Medium-Term Notes and the first tranche of the Commercial Paper of principal amounts of RMB3.0 billion and RMB500.0 million respectively for terms of 5 years and 365 days respectively.
