New Chinese facility for Martin Engineering
Bulk materials handling firm, Martin Engineering, has announced the opening of a new facility in China. The 10 000 m2 facility, which is located in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, is eight times larger than the company’s current site. In addition to office space, 8000 m2 of the site is dedicated to manufacturing and warehouse operations. The manufacturing and production area includes laser cutting, painting, metal fabrication, assembly and testing operations.
Martin Engineering began operating in China in 2005. The expansion will enable it to increase its presence in China and the Asian market and improve its supply and service offerings in the region.
