567 new students accepted into UISI

The International University of Cement Indonesia (UISI) held a Public Hearing of the Senate in relation to admissions for the academic year 2015/2016. President of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk, Utama Suparni, welcomed 567 new students to the International University of Indonesia Cement.

The International University of Cement Indonesia is a development of the campus of the College of Management Semen Indonesia (STiMSI). The establishment of the college was realised through the Indonesian Cement Foundation (SMIF), a nonprofit corporation managing a number of activities in the field of education, environmental, social and health services.

Although a relatively new university, the International University of Indonesia Cement has become a favourite for university freshmen. Evidenced by the number of applicants at the International University of Indonesia Cement. As many as 847 people applied before the 567 were accepted. The applicants come from East Java, Borneo, Sumatra, Sulawesi, and Papua.

Semen Indonesia International University has three departments with 10 study programs, namely the Faculty of Economics and Business.
