Reliance Cement to begin commissioning of plant in Madhya Pradesh
According to local reports, India’s Reliance Infrastructure Ltd has announced that Reliance Cement Co. Pvt. Ltd will start commissioning of a 5 million tpa cement plant this month. The facility, which is located in Madhya Pradesh, is being commissioned five months ahead of schedule. The new site will help the cement producer to increase its presence in central, northern and eastern Indian markets.
Earlier this year, the company expanded its commercial market reach by launching Reliance Cement products into the Amravati market in Maharashtra. This cement is manufactured in the firm’s 0.5 million tpa Butibori plant.
