Gebr. Pfeiffer gypsum calcining mill to be installed at Indonesian plant

The Gebr. Pfeiffer gypsum calcining mill will allow the plant to grind, dry, classify and calcine its gypsum in one machine; these mills are operating successfully around the world.
PT Siam-Indo Gypsum Industry is a joint venture between Siam Cement Group, Thailand, and Wings Group, Indonesia. Wings is one of the largest Indonesian manufacturers of soap and other household articles, such as detergents.
The mill, with a total drive power of 210 kWm will produce 40 tph of finished product at a fineness of 0.5 % R 100 µm.
Commissioning of the mill is scheduled for autumn 2020.
