Loesche to supply mills to Myanmar

Loesche has received an order for two cement mills (cement/slag) from the South Korean company, Yojin Construction & Engineering Co. Ltd.
The two vertical roller mills a modern and reliable, and will be used in the company’s new clinker grinding plant in Thilawa, Myanmar. They will produce around 75 tph of clinker cement, with a fineness of 3300 Blaine.
This is Loesche’s first order in the emerging cement market of Myanmar. The customer’s previous experience with Loesche, along with the technological capabilities of Loesche’s mills, led Yojin Construction & Engineering to place the order.
The Loesche mills are scheduled to go into operation in late summer 2017 and will be an integral part of the clinker grinding plant, which is being erected in the new ‘Thilawa Special Economic Zone’, approximately one hour south-east of Yangon. The plan for the future is to produce one million tpy of cement, to contribute towards the emerging cement market in the country.
