The Board of Directors of Qassim Cement Company recommended on Wednesday 24th May, 2023 corresponding to 04-11-1444(H) to distribute cash dividends to company’s shareholders for the First quarter of year 2023.

Qassim Cement Company Announces the Recommendation of its Board of Directors to Distribute Cash Dividends to its Shareholders for the First Quarter of Year 2023.

The Board of Directors of Qassim Cement Company recommended on Wednesday 24-05-2023 corresponding to 04-11-1444(H) to distribute cash dividends to company’s shareholders for the First quarter of year 2023.

Date of the board’s decision:

2023-05-24 Corresponding to 1444-11-04

The Total amount distributed:

58.5 Million SAR.

Number of Shares Eligible for Dividends:

90 000 000 Shares.

Dividend per share:

0.65 SAR per Share.

Percentage of Dividend to the Share Par Value (%):

6.5%

Eligibility date:

Sunday 28-05-2023 corresponding to 08-11-1444(H), The eligibility is for shareholders who own the shares on the date of eligibility, and who are registered in the company's shareholders’ register at Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of second trading day following the eligibility date.

Distribution Date:

Wednesday 14-06-2023 corresponding to 25-11-1444(H).

Additional Information:

Distribution will be, through direct transfer to bank accounts linked to shareholders’ portfolios, thus the company remind the shareholders to update their data with banks that have their accounts in to ensure that their future profits are deposited directly.
