CEO of ARM Cement elected as new KAM Chairman

Pradeep Paunrana, CEO of ARM Cement Ltd, has been elected as the new Chairman of Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM). Paunrana, who previously served as Vice Chairman of KAM, will take over the position from Polycarp Igathe, who has held the position for the last two years. Paunrana told local press that he would focus on the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, job creation and expansion in the manufacturing sector in order to boost industrialisation throughout the country.
Furthermore, Flora Mutahi was named as the new Vice Chairperson of the KAM Board. Mutahi is both the founder and CEO of Melvin Marsh International Ltd, with experience in strategic leadership, business development, market penetration and marketing.
