Raysut Cement Company launches SAP S4/HANA and SAP Success Factor for Sohar Cement Factory HR

Sohar Cement Factory has recently launched the SAP S4/HANA and SAP Success Factors development project. This system is considered to be the new generation of the commercial SAP programme group.
This project is part of RCC's strategic plan for digital transformation in all its factories using the latest technologies, and the experimental work started on the SAP system on the first day of the New Year 2021.
Mr. Joey Ghose, Chief Executive Officer, said “The digital transformation of companies and organisations has become a necessity in the current times. The digital transformation is concerned with developing the operations of institutions and companies by changing their method of working by using various digital technologies and following strategies in order to apply technology to increase productivity and reduce the costs”.
Mr. Salim bin Ahmed Al Ibrahim, Acting Deputy Group CEO, stated, “It gives us immense pleasure that we have the most advanced ERP & Cloud Application in the region as well as a cement manufacturing network across GCC”.
The digital transformation is a means to provide intensive programmes, which can have a direct impact on the institution and its work methodology and provide the required services to the customers and to the beneficiaries easily and quickly.
