HAZEMAG announces new contracts in Qatar, Egypt and Tanzania

HAZEMAG & EPR has received orders for crushing equipment from Fives FCB, CDI and Lafarge for their facilities in Qatar, Egypt and Tanzania, respectively.

Fives FCB – Qatar

In September 2014, Fives FCB awarded HAZEMAG & EPR a contract for the supply of components for precrushing cement raw material and gypsum for its new QNCC5 line in Qatar. HAZEMAG & EPR machinery has been operating in this facility for many years to the customer’s complete satisfaction. The new shipment comprises a HAF 1700 apron feeder, an AP-CM 2022 two-rotor impact crusher for a throughput rate of 1000 tph at a fineness of <25 mm, as well as an AP-PMG 1310 impact crusher for 70 tph of gypsum. The equipment is scheduled for delivery between January and April 2015.

CDI – Egypt

HAZEMAG & EPR received an order from Chinese plant manufacturer CDI in September 2014 for the delivery of components for the precrushing of cement raw material and gypsum for the new El Arish line in Egypt. The new delivery comprises a HPI 2000 impact crusher for crushing 1900 tph of limestone to 90% <75 mm, in combination with an upstream HRS 500 roller screen, an HRC 1500 roll crusher for 500 tph of clay with a feed moisture of up to 20% and a product fineness of 90% <70 mm, as well as an AP-PMG 1313 impact crusher for gypsum with an output rate of 120 tph with a product of 90% <40 mm. The delivery will take place in summer 2015.

Lafarge – Tanzania

In August 2014, HAZEMAG & EPR received an order from Chinese plant manufacturer TCDRI for the delivery of an HCS 1100 sizer to Lafarge’s Mbeya plant in Tanzania. The sizer is designed for 120 tph of pozzolana with a maximum moisture content of 20% and a product fineness of 95% <40 mm. The delivery is scheduled for February 2015.
