Sinoma signs contract for cement production line in Nigeria

World Cement,
Sinoma International Engineering Co. Ltd. (ZCDRI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinoma International, has signed a 6000 tpd cement production line and power plant EPC contract with Nigeria Ibeto Cement Company Limited, in Hangzhou. The total contract value is US$386 million.
The cement plant is located in Enugu of Nigeria, and the scope of the contact includes limestone mining, raw material crushing, cement packaging and shipping process for a 6000 tpd cement production line, and a 45MW owned power plant, covering engineering design, equipment procurement, steel structure, civil engineering, installation, commissioning and training.
Mr. C.M. Ibeto, board chairman of Ibeto Cement Company, Mr. Li Jianhua, general manager of ZCDRI, and project team of the two sides attended the signing ceremony.
The project marks a successful development for ZCDRI in the African market.
