World Cement,
CEMEX has supplied more than 400 000 m3 of advanced semi-dry heavy-duty concrete, a sustainable product with a higher lifetime due to its design, to the flagship port of AD Ports Group, one of the biggest projects in the United Arab Emirates. Khalifa Port is one of the fastest growing ports in the world, strategically linking East and West trade through Abu Dhabi, ranking as a global trade hub.
Khalifa Port serves over 25 shipping lines, offers direct links to 70 international destinations, and boasts a multi-modal transport network facilitating efficient transportation and logistics across sea, road, and air. The expansion of Khalifa Port will significantly enhance its operational and cargo handling capabilities, while also boosting direct foreign investment and the growth of UAE’s non-oil GDP.
