Gebr Pfeiffer wins contract

In September 2016 Gebr Pfeiffer won a contract for the supply of a MVR 4250 R-4 raw mill. The mill will be installed at Biarjaimand Cement Company’s cement plant in Iran.

The raw mill has an installed drive power of 3000 kW and is designed to grind 280 tph of cement raw material to a product fineness of less than or equal to 12% 90 µm.

The order was placed through the Chinese General Contractor Beijing Kaysun Trading, a subsidiary of CATIC headquartered in Beijing.

Gebr. Pfeiffer’s staff will supervise erection and commissioning.

Delivery of the equipment is planned to begin in 2H17.

Horton quarry rail link reopens after 60 years
