World Cement,
In August, Estanda carried out the monitoring and supervision of the assembly of a new cement mill for the INTERCEMENT Group cement plant in Mozambique. The 3.2 m dia. cement mill incorporated new and innovative elements, including a material inlet feed chute, inlet walls, and liners for the first and second chambers, to improve productivity, decrease wear and reduce ball grinder maintenance time.
The project included the stages of design and redesign of new steel components for the improvement of the grinding process, manufacturing, engineering, supervision, supply and final validation of assembly.
