World Cement,
Tenova, a worldwide supplier of advanced technologies, products and engineering services for the metals and mining industries, has announced that it has successfully completed the demerger of its EPCM business operations known as Bateman Projects, which is based in South Africa. As was communicated in October 2015, the Swiss-based SGS acquired these assets from Tenova.
Tenova will continue to further develop its activities in the Mining and Minerals industry by focusing on the equipment and process technology sector. This will be done through Takraf and Delkor, both of which are worldwide recognised partners for the industry with strong market positions.
