Sinoma wins US$135 million Saudi contract
On 30 December 2010, the Shanghi Stock Exchange announced that Sinoma had signed a contract with Saudi City Cement Company for phase II of a 5000 tpd production line. The contract covers the engineering, design, equipment supply, construction, installation, commissioning, and technical services of the whole production line. The first clinker is expected to be produced 22 months after the contract takes effect, with the provisional acceptance due for completion in 25 months.
