Holcim Mexico has officially opened the application process for its 2025 Young Professionals Program, an initiative aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining high-potential recent graduates from across the country.
This 12-month programme offers participants the chance to work on real-life projects across strategic business areas, including cement, ready-mix concrete, aggregates, and solutions & products. Participants will receive specialised technical training, personalised mentorship, and access to Holcim’s global talent development programmes.
“Our goal is to shape the next generation of leaders who will drive the sustainable transformation of the construction industry in Mexico. We are looking for talent with vision, purpose, and a drive to build progress for people and the planet,” said Sandra Quintana, Chief People Officer at Holcim Mexico.
Selected candidates will take part in key projects focused on digitalisation, sustainable product development, operational efficiency, and decarbonisation, contributing directly to Holcim’s sustainability goals.
Since its launch, the programme has become a leading talent accelerator, helping over 152 young professionals advance into strategic roles within Holcim. The call is open to graduates from public or private institutions with a higher technical or university degree in fields such as engineering, finance, human resources, and business administration.
The 2025 edition aims to further expand its industry impact by fostering equitable and inclusive participation. The most recent cohort achieved 73% female representation, marking a 39% increase from previous years. Moreover, 80% of past participants have remained in key roles at Holcim, underscoring the programme’s effectiveness in nurturing top talent.
