Vortex has announced the appointment of Éfren Shayd Carmona Loya as its Regional Sales Manager for Mexico. Shayd joins the team at Vortex Latinoamérica, which is a division of Salina Vortex Corp., located in Querétaro.
As the regional sales manager, Shayd is responsible for working with original equipment manufacturers directly, as well as end users and industry specialists. The aim is to further expand Vortex sales throughout Latin America.
Shayd has 12 years of experience in industrial sales. Before this role, he worked as a market administrator for CEMEX.
“I really like the work I do. My experiences have been so rewarding,” said Shayd. “Above all, I enjoy interacting with customers to help them improve their processes. I am very happy and proud to now be a part of the Vortex family. I believe this is just the beginning of something much bigger.
