Cemex supplied specialty concrete for the Cipriani Residences Miami, an 80-story skyscraper featuring 400 luxury homes in Miami’s vibrant Brickell financial district.

The project began with Cemex’s 10 000 cubic-yard foundation pour, a 16-hour operation requiring 800 truckloads of concrete from five plants. Over 110 000 cubic yards of concrete will be used in total, with the project expected to open later this year.

Designed by Arquitectonica and 1508 London, the residences combine Cipriani’s signature Italian hospitality with functional sophistication, ensuring comfort and privacy tailored to its exclusive location. The tower will transform the city’s skyline amidst Florida's construction boom.
