Pioneer Cement orders Claudius Peters cooler

Chinese engineering company, Chengdu Design & Research Institute, has ordered an ETA cooler from Claudius Peters for a cement plant Pakistan. The new cooler will form part of a new production line at Pioneer Cement’s plant in the province of Punjab.

The new 1086/85 S cooler has a capacity of 7700 tpd and will be designed as a stage cooler with RB 488-4 EM integrated roller crusher. It will be equipped with ten rows of HE modules for increased efficiency, Claudius Peters said in a press release.

Pioneer Cement was founded in 1986. It currently operates a two-line cement plant in Punjab. The company is expanding operations to meet rising demand for cement in the region from various local infrastructure projects.

German engineering company, Claudius Peters, supplies a range of equipment to the cement and other industries, including material handling and storage equipment, clinker coolers, grinding mills, and packing systems. It is part of UK-based industrial group, Langley Holdings.
