Berkshire Engineering Supplies Ltd has installed its latest and most innovative MEKA MB300 concrete batching plant for Capital Concrete in Wembley, London.
State-of-the-art green concrete batching technologies, the MEKA MB300 batching plant has output capabilities of 300 m3 per hour. Incorporating green inverter controls for the twin 5m3 twin shaft mixers, batch conveyor, and pre-feeding conveyors, the plant provides managed power consumption during production, limiting the power demands of the site.
A MEKA high capacity aggregate storage facility is also incorporated, which includes six 120 t storage bins, each with independent weighing for the accurate simultaneous weighing of each aggregate. In addition, there are six large, independent cement storage silos, which provide an unrivalled concrete batching solution.
