Klüber Lubrication has announced the acquisition of TriboServ GmbH & Co. KG. The innovative German company, headquartered in Geldersheim in the Franconia region, specialises in the development of automatic lubricators and customised lubrication systems. With this acquisition, Klüber Lubrication is strategically expanding its portfolio to secure further growth. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
Through this acquisition, two highly specialised companies are joining forces to offer customers an even broader range of lubrication solutions and services. Both companies view the partnership as an ideal complement to their respective strengths and expect significant growth potential, particularly through collaboration in sales, application engineering, and customer service.
