Non-Executive Director, Mr Graeme Pettigrew, and, CEO, Martin Brydon, are set to retire.
After 14 years of service, Mr Pettrigrew retired from the Board following the conclusion of the company's AGM.
Mr Brydon informed the Board of his intention to retire after 30 years service, but plans to remain at the company until a suitable replacement can be found.
"Martin has been an integral part of the Adelaide Brighton growth story, building the business into the US$4.34 billion company it is today," said Chairman-Elect Mr Todorcevski. "During his time at the company, he has worked in leadership, strategy, and operational roles across all aspects of the business. While we are sorry to see Marin retire, he leaves the company in a very strong position."
