Cemex is supplying concrete solutions for M99 Tower, a 99-metre mixed-use high-rise building in Marseille, France. Cemex will supply 11 000 cubic metres of concrete over a 20-month period, including white concrete for columns and architectural elements, as well as concrete solutions for walls and floors.

The project, developed by Constructa Les Éditeurs Urbains and designed by PietriArchitectes, will complete the redevelopment of the Quais d’Arenc district. The tower will include luxury apartments, hotel facilities, and student accommodation across 30 floors.

The project requires materials that meet demanding structural and aesthetic requirements, including 33 tall white concrete columns and complex architectural elements. Cemex is supporting the project with tailored concrete solutions, formulation expertise, and consistent delivery quality. Cemex is supplying the project from its Marseille Port concrete plant, working closely with Legendre Construction to support key phases of execution.

M99 Tower reflects Cemex’s ability to support complex urban projects with reliable execution, technical expertise, and tailored concrete solutions.
